Heavy Equipment Operator

Operators will need to have the ability to:

​

• Operate all equipment relating to the maintenance and operations of T & D.

• Ability to set water meters, repair and install water or sewer lines.

• Perform certain duties of truck drivers as required

• Complete detailed work reports.

• Ability to perform manual labor including but not limited to hand digging around water mains.

• Perform related duties as required.

​

Minimum requirements:

 

• Hold a valid Indiana Driver’s License

• Ability to obtain class A CDL

• Monthly on-call duties

• Random drug testing

• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks in outdoor conditions
