Line Extension

 

First, call Patoka Lake Regional Water and Sewer district for an estimate.  If you wish to proceed with the project, you must submit a written letter requesting water service to the Board of Directors.  Upon approval of the Board of Directors, the balance of the estimated costs is due and both sides sign a contract.  Each user will be required to pay a connection fee and sign a water user’s agreement.  The “District” will contribute the lesser of $3200.00 or 66% of the cost per meter towards the project, not including tap fee.
